That's a helpful suggestion, it really works and aligns with expectations. Thank you!

I know someone who experiences this too. They often get into the game quickly but then improve dramatically. We usually chat about DMG and he tends to disrupt the other team a lot.

When I feel jittery, I shift slightly in a spot I hold to keep myself steady and maybe ease the tension.

My awareness increases though my hands feel like they're going soft. That's the issue.

He frequently shifts within the game and remains active in real life, so it’s wise to capitalize on his heightened awareness while staying mobile to avoid stiffness.

I feel really energized and motivated while playing CS and other games, and it doesn’t affect my accuracy negatively. In fact, it often improves it. The more I practice in that mode, the more it feels natural.

Managing your adrenaline is definitely challenging, or maybe even unattainable. I found breathing slowly and steadily useful—it worked for me. I used to feel very jittery too, and it takes time to learn control. Now I’m in a stage where my heart rate can rise and I stay more focused; the shaking has mostly disappeared. If you manage it, it’s an incredible sensation!

CS:GO has a lot of cheaters. I really dislike it! P.S. I’ve played over 800 hours, won 430 games, and my rank is LEM.

I approach everything cautiously, taking things slowly and reminding myself everything is fine. I also reduced mouse sensitivity and disabled acceleration.
