I went south on a 32-bit system running Windows 10, because this still puzzles me. My PC was about ten years old, with a pirated version of Windows 7. At eight years old, it was far beyond what I needed. (I bought it just before Windows 10 launched—not because I needed it, but because I was pirating.) Windows 7. Now, fast forward to around 2019, or the time when I switched to Linux. I finally learned how to install a genuine free Windows version again. I attempted it, but it didn’t work—my USB wouldn’t boot. I tried several times with different drives, until I created a 32-bit copy of the installation. I just did it because I wasn’t familiar with 32/64-bit at that time, and when I understood, it functioned. Remember, I had previously flashed Windows 10 from an XPS 13 from 2015 using a 32-bit version. Until then, my PC still ran the pirated Windows 7. I was ready to move on from Windows 7 to Windows 10, so I completed the setup. I installed 32-bit Windows 10. See you soon? Then I thought about giving a thumbs up to Windows and Linux for welcoming my new pets. TL;DR: I attempted to install Linux, as most distros were 64-bit, and since I couldn’t download a 64-bit version, I assumed it was 32-bit. That led me to wonder how a 64-bit Linux OS could run while 64-bit Windows failed.

I couldn't locate the part number. It seems to be a specific component, possibly a FCLGA 1155 socket for an Intel desktop board from around that time.

Check out CPU-Z at the provided link. Download and launch it. Explore the various tabs on the top—those are the ones for system information. Navigate to the "Mainboard" section, which displays the relevant details matching your description.

People often think 1440p brings a noticeable improvement over 1080p, but the difference really depends on the screen size. A 24-inch display shows less detail than a 27-inch one, so 1440p might look sharper there, though it could also be more detailed. It's not a universal rule—viewing distance and resolution play big roles.

Good answer (all the detail I needed to give you a proper reply) I know this sounds like I'm just reading two lines off your screenshot, but it is as simple as that I t is a "Intel® Desktop Board DH61CR". It's a pretty standard board for office PC's, but not very popular with enthusiasts because - just because they are only normally used in pre-built systems, the motherboards aren't normally sold separately. The good news is that it should be very decent quality... and very standard spec (i.e. NOT one of those Dell/HP custom ones) - so if you ever needed to upgrade/replace the motherboard, the dimensions SHOULD be a standard microATX board (the second smallest out of the standard shapes: mITX, mATX, ATX, EATX). The bad news is the H61 chipset, so only two memory slots and 3 PCIe slots and it won't allow any overclocking. Being the Intel's build, it will be VERY standard, so I assume there's no USB3 or anything like that - which I have seen on some Asus/Gigabyte H61 motherboards. And yes... I understand the colors on the top screen look too "blue" in that photo, but it's a hassle to adjust properly. It cost only £20 on GumTree (around "$25 on Craigslist"), so I didn't feel the need to complain. The other two are my primary screens and remain helpful for work.
