The system was expecting a higher clock speed than what was actually detected. The BIOS settings were set to XMP with 3200MHz, but the CPU only recognized 2400MHz. This mismatch caused the error.

It might be a faulty RAM module. Consider adjusting the XMP frequency to 3000 MHz and check for stability.

It doesn't indicate the RAM is faulty, XMP isn't always reliable across all systems. @Yoolooooo122 Enable XMP then reduce memory speed to 3000 and observe the change.
