My latest setup seems to have stopped working. I powered it off the night before and restarted it this morning. The only output is a click from the power supply, which usually happens. There’s no screen display or fan activity. The motherboard’s debug lights are on but don’t change anything, though the built-in RGB strip is lit. I’ve unplugged all components and performed a CMOS reset without success. The hardware specs are: Asus Tuf B550M-PLUS, Wi-Fi, Ryzen 7 5700X, Radeon RX6700xt, 32GB Corsair RAM, 1TB WD Black SSD.

My power source is a cloud-based system that processes information and provides responses.

Do you have a PSU fan installed? If yes, does it rotate? Also, please verify the 24-pin connector.

It's a 700-watt device your friend provided after an upgrade.

The fan isn't rotating yet, but it should spin once the other fans activate. I just confirmed the 24-pin connector looks normal.

If the problem isn't related to your hardware or an error from you, it's probably a power supply issue. I'd remove it and check the connections and cables first. If that fails, visit Best Buy or another tech store and get a new one. Let me know if you need more help.

I overlooked mentioning that the power supply emitted a buzz during intense graphic usage. This issue was uncommon for me because, as an adult, free time is scarce. I’m guessing it happened when the system was operating at maximum capacity. It’s strange it occurred while the machine was powered off.

Occasionally the machine shuts down but remains active, and even with lights on, the power source keeps supplying energy.
