the issue i'm facing is that my igpu doesn't work with any drivers installed. it shows some content until the drivers are ready, but once the gpu driver loads it freezes the system. i've tried launching amd gpu drivers in fedora, but they also fail. on windows, i used amd adrenaline drivers and it worked the same. i can still use the pc without drivers, but the gpu isn't functioning properly, making it unusable for games or videos. short version: igpu only works as a basic video adapter without drivers. note: i have no idea what caused this since i was away for three days for school. when i returned, the power seemed unstable, and my brother mentioned it.

Internet functions properly. I've tested DDU and new drivers before. I've also tried them on Fedora Linux and Windows, though without the necessary AMD drivers, it seemed to stop working. I'm thinking about filing a warranty claim, but would you have any suggestions to try again first?

It wouldn't function without the drivers, right?

It functions only as a simple display adapter, allowing me to view BIOS details, but it fails when drivers are installed. If the GPU is affected, the issue persists.
