SN750 is an older model that improves slightly over SN570. Like SN570, it includes a small pseudo-SLC write cache—about 36 GB for SN750 and around 12 GB for SN570. SN770 offers a significantly larger pseudo-SLC write cache and supports PCI-E 4.0; the SN770 is sufficient at its price point, but if the cost difference isn't substantial, the SN850x might be worth considering. Your choice depends on how much you're willing to invest.

Thank you for the suggestions. I plan to choose the 850x option mainly because it adds about $10 more for longer life.
