DDR5 Corsair Vengeance RAM fails to appear in iCue setup.
I turned off the driver in the BIOS and everything now works properly for me. The Crosshair X670E Hero has this setting: Advanced -> AMD PBS -> Thunderbolt / USB4 Support: Disabled Every Bios is a bit different, but I’m sure you’ll see that option in your BIOS too.
Looking again, I'll review the manual to make sure I didn't overlook anything.
The only information I have is about a Thunderbolt™ add-in card connector from AMD PBS.
Upgraded i9-13900k with ASUS Z790E and Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5. Boots fine, XMP enabled. System reports memory and MHz values correctly. However, some sticks remain stuck in rainbow mode, ICUE fails to detect them, CPU doesn’t see them, and motherboard memory codes loop. Firmware updates on RAM haven’t been applied. Asus and Corsair confirmed the Vengeance RGB isn’t compatible at this time. Only the Dominator and non-RGB Vengeance models are supported.
