They don’t intend to resolve the problem... controlling Corsair RGB on Gigabyte MOSI cards isn’t possible?

You're experiencing problems with your Asus ROG Crosshair X670E Hero and the Dominator Platinum 6000mHz (Expo) board. It's not just about Gigabyte boards, definitely.

X670E Crosshair / AM5 is experiencing the same problem. Based on my tests, it seems like a clash between Armoury crate and iCue. If you close Armoury crate, remove it and reinstall iCue, your RAM should then appear in iCue settings. But when both launch, the RAM will disappear and the color effects will revert to rainbow pukes again...

Found this earlier and needs verification since several SKUs seem defective.

Found a workaround in the Corsair thread. A quick fix was discovered—disable Thunderbolt via Device Manager right away. It involves two parts: the Thunderbolt controller and the Cypress UCM client driver. Restart your computer, and the RAM should now be detected.

I don’t see those items in your device manager. Could you tell me which motherboard you’re using?

X670E Crosshair Device Manager - System Devices directory - then Thunderbolt™ Controller - 1137 next item shows UCMCLIENT inside its own section
