When you have plenty of resources, the top choice is around 3200. Ideally, third-party sellers could offer mini desktops built with these mobile CPUs and LPDDR4X, though the closest products I've found are designed as portable consoles.

For DDR4, the maximum speed appears to be around 3200MHz. These devices probably don't allow any overclocking.

Overclocking isn't a big issue; it's mainly for playing a small game called osu. It should be okay.

The processor only works up to 3200MHz when using DDR4 memory, so you can't use a 4000MHz setup past that speed.
