It's actually utilized in certain laptops, and I believe the IGPU works better with it.

These aren't SODIMM chips but LPDDR4X soldered onto the PCB—only ever assembled in bulk, not as separate modules. They fit within the system or card, like a GPU sold as a graphics card. You wouldn’t have found them, because they never existed.
