It seems the question might be a bit confusing. Why can you set up a DDNS on your TP-Link router but not on an ASUS one? The first router is the provider's hub from Virgin Media, while the second is your personal device. The error message indicates that the wireless device is using a private WAN IP and may be in a multiple-NAT setup, preventing DDNS from working.

You're running two routers with NAT functionality. The ASUS model lacks DDNS capabilities unless it's linked to the internet directly.
