DDC Pump Died?
Watched the video again. It provides some useful information. Does the pump operate correctly when the PC is properly connected with power and turned on? Certain power supplies include circuitry that stops shorting or jumping temporarily, requiring a reset through the back switch after being tripped. Others simply avoid being jumped at entirely. When you connect the 24-pin ATX back to the motherboard and start up, does the pump function as expected or keep working normally? You seem to have removed the PWM settings and are trying to power it via Molex?
It's possible the issue arose from using a faulty pump, which can occur. Before initiating an RMA, retrieve the device and empty it, detach the water cylinder, and verify that the water intake at the top isn't blocked or restricted.
Have you verified the position of the pins inside the molex connector on the pump? I’ve experienced this issue myself, which is why I’m asking.
Yes, those Molex connectors tend to be inexpensive and don't hold the pins securely.
