Hey, it looks like you've been grinding for six hours and just beat the second boss. The frost pit bull is definitely around that time, so you're on the right track!

It doesn't matter how long it takes, just enjoy the process. Yeah, I crushed the second boss in no time—like 3 to 4 hours—but I also spent a lot farming souls.

the beast of the irithyll valley? you still a long ways to go until the end. but i wouldn't rush playing the game. take your time. i don't recommend grinding too much either. this is coming from someone who has beaten the game, mind you

Don't stress about time because you'll likely get stuck for a while when facing tougher bosses. Unless you call in help, it removes the satisfaction from the experience for me.

I enjoy calling people in—it adds a lot of excitement, my opinion. But in return, the boss's actions become a bit more erratic.

It can be quite enjoyable with summoned characters, though I try to keep it balanced since the game feels simpler when others absorb the damage. Still, each has their own style—after a long, intense session with a boss that nearly took me over, I’m happy to call on friends to lend a hand.

I aim to handle things on my own as much as I can, calling for help only when necessary or for competitive play.
