Hi,
Two of my USB ports stopped functioning after using them to link the DAC from my SteelSeries Nova Pro Wireless headset. They worked perfectly for weeks, but suddenly the power to all USB devices cut off, and everything stopped working for about five seconds. This occurred twice, which made me think it was bad luck on the first try. After that, my headset didn't connect to the DAC at all, so I tried using my keyboard instead. The keyboard also didn't work with this port, as did my mouse. The DAC's screen still powers up when connected to the damaged USB port, but my headset now fails to connect properly on my PC. I've already experienced two ports breaking like this before. What options do I have to try and fix these issues? Restarting my PC hasn't helped.

I've fixed the issue. It seems another device that wasn't aware it was still connected caused the problems. After removing all USB devices except the DAC, the headset connected and audio played. It works now. Apologies if it took your time.
