Hello, I have a Gigabyte B450s2H motherboard with Vengeance 2*8GB 3000MHz RAM sticks and a Ryzen 3 3200G. I was attempting to overclock my RAM using the D-RAM controller. However, when I tried to manually adjust the FCLK in BIOS, there wasn’t a dropdown menu—just an auto setting. What’s going wrong with my BIOS? I’ve tried updating and downgrading, but the FCLK remains set automatically.
I possess the identical board. The only variation is it comes with a 3100.
I'm using version 40 of Windows. Your BIOS is F40, and I understand you're using a version around 20h2 or earlier.
I understand windows won't help here, but it seems unavoidable. Windows 20H2 isn't very impressive as an update. I was also using F60. Then I changed the BIOS to F50 and now to F40. Based on the motherboard, this is my most stable BIOS version. Yours is a Zen2 CPU and mine is just Zen +. Recently someone said it's not possible to manually set this generation, but thanks for your response.
