Cyberpunk will endure.
I want to know how my system will perform with Cyberpunk 2077 at 1080p after it was showcased at E3. My specifications are: GPU – RTX 2060 XC Ultra Gaming 6GB; CPU – Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz; MB – Gigabyte Z97x-Gaming; RAM – 8 GB DDR3 (planning to upgrade to another 8); Monitor – 25 inch LG 1080p Full HD. I have sufficient power for these components currently.
Uncertain. System requirements have not yet been released. However, you possess a recent budget mid-range GPU designed for 1080p gaming. The CPU might potentially impact performance in expansive open world areas. It is estimated that at least 1080p low settings can be utilized, pending system requirement release.
Minimum requirements: CPU: Intel i7-8700K @ 3.70 GHz; CPU SPEED: Info; RAM: 16 GB; OS: Windows 10 64-bit; VIDEO CARD: GeForce GTX 1080 Ti; PIXEL SHADER: 5.1; VERTEX SHADER: 5.1; DEDICATED VIDEO RAM: 4 GB. So, you are unlikely to experience satisfactory performance with that product if those minimum requirements are accurate and you do not meet the specified CPU or graphics card performance levels.
My CPU is likely inferior to the one used by the information I’m receiving, regardless of my RAM upgrade to 16GB.
Your RTX 2060 does not perform on par with a GTX 1080 TI, or even close to it. A GTX 1070, that is about what your card performs like, give or take, close enough, but if it actually requires a GTX 1080 TI or higher, which I'm skeptical about because that means very few people are going to be able to play this game, then it’s pack it up and go home with that GPU. I think you should simply wait until some verifiable system requirements come out a little closer to launch and authorized by CD Projekt Red.
I sincerely doubt that. I will await closer to lunchtime before proceeding and adjusting accordingly. Thank you for the information.
The specifications for the E3 demonstration project were not publicly disclosed, and the minimum and recommended specifications for Project Red have not been released. Cyberpunk will utilize a RedEngine 4 API, with Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One confirmed as supported platforms; further details remain unreleased.
