Well guys, i'm done with my 6th playthrough of the game and as usual the end left me that bitter-sweet taste. I'm not against open endings, but should have the option of at least one positive one. And yes i know V can take off into the sunset with Judi and/or Panam but she dies nonetheless in just few months. So i'm really interested to hear if you have any ideas for an ending which might fit the game and the story. Here is my idea. We get to the usual point where you have to chose who would come back to your body - Johny or V. If you chose to let Johny stay in the virtual world and go back alone, the game follows as is now; no changes. But if you chose to let Johny live in your body (aka sacrifice V) AND you filled some previous quest criterias like: * screw over Militech with the Royce trade * capture all cyberphychoes alive * entered Arasaka alone w/o asking anyone for help, thus not killing anyone else * helped Delamain by not deleting all the different AIs. we get the same Johny story (the guitar, the kid and so on, johny leaves the bullet in V's memorial box and drifts with the bus), but then we glitch to a completely white space (like the construction room in The Matrix). Alt appears and starts talking to V that she was following your progress ever since you and Johny popped up on the net. She reveals that despite roaming behind the blackwall she was aware of everything going on in the web through a backdoor she left herself when she made Soulkiller. She found out the problem way earlier and the very first time you meet her along with Johny, she made a copy of V's engram and managed to separate it from Johny's. She tells you there is a perfect replica of V's body ready for assimilation. She saw that you opposed the corporations to the fullest and stood up to the little guy, helped the cyberphyschoes, giving them 2nd chance instead of killing them and you didn't wanna risk your friends' lives, but most of all gave your life to someone who you didn't even like much, thus making you worthy of a 2nd chance. She says there is a perfect replica of V's body ready for assimilation if you want it. That's where you get 3 choices - a) get back for some happy ending with Panam/Judy/River/Kery (whichever you've chosen before), b) stay in the virtual world with Alt or c) fade into oblivion at which point we go back to the reactions from the original ending when you lend Johny your body. So.. How you find it? Maybe you have a better idea?
