I own an AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT. Recently, while playing Cities Skylines, my screen suddenly flashed green before turning black and displaying “No Input” or “No Signal.” The only solution is to power down the computer through the tower, a process I strongly dislike due to concerns about its impact on the system. Attempting to connect the PC to another monitor during these occurrences also resulted in the same error. This has become a recurring problem. Furthermore, I’ve experienced two other isolated incidents: once, while playing Cities Skylines, the screen abruptly went black and returned me to my desktop; the game continued running with its cursor intact, necessitating a task manager closure. In another instance, the screen simply became entirely black despite audio playback. Unplugging the HDMI cable and connecting it to a different monitor resolved this issue immediately, restoring both picture and sound. Interestingly, re-connecting the HDMI to my original monitor restored normal functionality as if nothing was wrong. Consequently, I’m uncertain whether the problem lies with the monitor, the cable, or a port malfunction.

Perhaps you could discover helpful details there. We possess the game but haven’t engaged with it sufficiently to experience the numerous issues others report.

Is the resolution identical?
Can you provide the manufacturer and model number of the power supply unit?
What are the CPU and GPU temperatures while playing the game?

Possibly explore this resource: https://www.reddit.com/r/CitiesSkylines/..._whole_pc/. Additionally, consider examining information at https://gameserrors.com/fix-cities...own...xecutable/. We possess the game but haven’t yet experienced numerous reported issues.
