Custom PC Build
Custom PC Build
Hi Team, here’s what I’m looking for in a top recommendation for a new custom gaming/4K DJI video editing PC. I want to make sure I get the best setup possible.
Current PC specs:
- RAM: 8 GB DDR4 3 GHz
- GPU: 1050 Ti Dual fan 4 GB
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 3.2 GHz (6 cores)
- Motherboard: A320M Pro (MSI)
- If I find a good deal, I might consider selling this build.
Goals:
- Long-lasting build lasting over 5 years without major upgrades
- Preferred GPU: RTX 5070Ti 16 GB
- CPU: Intel i9 14900K
- RAM: 32 GB (2 x 16 GB)
- Motherboard: MSI B760 Gaming Plus
- Cooler: Any water cooling with three fans
- M.2: 512 GB, any brand
Budget: Around INR 1.8 lakhs (~2100 USD). I’m open to future upgrades but want to keep this as my dream PC build.
There are several components to consider: a GPU with RTX 5070Ti and 16GB RAM, an Intel i9 14900K processor, 32GB of dual M.2 slots (6000MHz), MSI B760 Gaming Plus motherboard, a water cooling CPU cooler with three fans, and a 512GB M.2 slot from any manufacturer. I would not recommend using 14th generation Intel chips. It doesn’t make sense to pair a B-series chipset with an unlocked i9 processor.
The overall budget is approximately INR 1.8 lakhs, which is around 2100 USD. It’s wise to keep the system expandable for future upgrades, as technology evolves rapidly over the next few years. This build is my dream setup, so I want to ensure flexibility.
