Custom Liquid Cooling
Custom Liquid Cooling
So this is a bit of a weird question but has anyone seen a build with a custom loop made of just fittings and extensions? As in no tubing at all.
I'm curious to see what it would look like!!

Not a good look, but here you go, they try everything over at XS:

Also keep in mind that each adjustment can bring about some limitation, no matter how small.

Is this about deciding whether to do this or if anyone has tried it before?
If the first, likely not—it's costly and doesn't look very clean.
If the second, yes, people have done this at high expense with adverse effects on flow rates, suggesting flexible or rigid tubing might be preferable.
If it looks good, I’d go ahead with a build to highlight for E3. I’m planning to spend around five thousand dollars on this. I don’t think I’ll keep it as a permanent project.
It would be enjoyable, actually, but isn't that about two weeks away? Wouldn't you want everything nearly finished well before now?
In any case, if I were handling this, I would choose soft copper tubing instead of PVC or rigid PETG. I'd either polish the copper and apply a clear coat, or I would nickel plate it.
