So after taking out one drive and deleting that folder since I won't use it anymore, I fixed my File Explorer quick access so all folders show up as simply C:/user/profile/desktop or C:/user/profile/download etc... Now here is the last problem. My real desktop on my screen is still showing as C:/user/name/onedrive/desktop. Any file saved there has that exact location. Meaning any files I drop into c:/user/profile/desktop don't show up on my actual desktop, they only appear inside the folder via File Explorer. Does this make sense? How can I change my real desktop to c:/user/profile/desktop? Thanks

Open the Registry Editor (Regedit) from your Start menu, then navigate to this path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders. Change the value for Desktop so it reads %USERPROFILE%\Desktop, and restart your computer.

Thanks so much, and yes, I'll do the same thing for the rest of the folders inside onedrives. That's going to help me make sure my pictures and documents go in the right places?

Yeah, that's supposed to happen with the rest of them too. Even though we all kind of know this already, just to be 100% sure: %USERPROFILE% is set to point to C:\Users\[username].
