Your 3800x runs smoothly at 65-75°C during gameplay, which is typical for a CPU with a 360mm AI cooler. Cinebench also hits around 75°C, and idle temps sit between 35-40°C.

It relies on several factors like core voltage, fan speed, and location. However, it appears to be on the higher end. I think the motherboard could be overvolting the CPU.

Running auto-voltages appears typical. Mobos usually add a slight extra to handle less ideal chips. These readings aren't cause for concern.

Consider whether undervolting is suitable for your setup at 3800x.

Simply let it run normally; if temperatures stay stable, you won’t see any real improvement.

Also higher temperatures are common even with AIOs for Zen2 since the heat concentrates in a compact design using the 7nm process, requiring it to be moved to a cooler area first. You can't alter that situation.

They've told me my temperatures should be near 65°C with that AIO, but others say they're okay.
