I would say that your temperatures are actually looking okay for a 3090. If I had a 3090 and I saw these temperatures during heavy gaming, I wouldn't worry. VRAM is a bit hot but if its average temperature is 90c then its fine

3090 is recognized for its high VRAM temperatures since a significant portion of the components sit on the opposite side of the PCB with minimal cooling.

It ran smoothly at 400W with stable VRAM temps around 94-96°C. The current owner is still using it without any problems. If you tried mining on it, it would exceed 100°C quickly—only managed a short session of about 15 seconds before giving up.
