I recently got an HP.14 notebook for the first two-thirds of the day it worked perfectly. Then an update occurred and my CPU consistently reached around 3.80Ghz. I was checking a picture while it was running. RAM usage was at about 6GB, and programs took a long time to launch. My friends and I had the same laptop, but they didn’t experience any issues. Comparing these two seems like apples versus oranges. Anyone have any suggestions or fixes?
