You need to adjust the processor settings to match your hardware capabilities. Check your PC's MSConfig for the maximum number of processors supported, then set it between 1 and that number. If the issue persists after changing the count, try restarting your system and ensure all drivers are up to date.

Adjust to a single processor if possible. Avoid exceeding available cores—it’s not advisable.

I'm having trouble getting it to start; it constantly displays the blue screen and then restarts, showing advanced settings.

A core belongs to a processor unit. With one CPU featuring four cores, configuring it as having four processors leads the system to interpret you as possessing four slots on your motherboard, each equipped with its own CPU.

When other options aren't available, create a Windows installation USB and reinstall the operating system. Make sure you have your Windows key handy so you can enter it again during the process.

Absolutely, I've tried everything and it's still not working. Now I'm restarting my computer.
