I'm having trouble getting my new PC to start up. The motherboard debug light is stuck on DRAM and keeps looping back to the CPU. I've tried swapping parts, clearing CMOS, and updating the BIOS (though I'm not sure which version). I'm still learning troubleshooting and want any advice. Let me know if you need more details!

Current model is F16C. Try using a shorting method on the BIOS reset pin for extended duration. Multiple resets may be necessary. For testing, you can isolate components on another machine if available.

Experiment with various RAM slots, testing one stick at a time in each. It might point to a BIOS issue, though that’s less likely. It could also indicate a motherboard concern, which appears plausible. Is this still covered by the return window?

I returned the motherboard and they confirmed it functions properly. I’m also using the latest BIOS, though I’m not entirely confident about the installation. The PC isn’t displaying any images yet. I’ll test the RAM sticks in various slots now. How long should I wait before checking each slot while it runs?

A quick update: unfortunately, I couldn't get the PS to publish. I attempted everything available, but I don’t have any spare parts. I’m heading to a repair shop to check for faulty components. Appreciate the support.
