Hello everyone. Hiren's BootCD PE, an unofficial extension from fans, hasn't been updated in over two years. There are still older versions available. Do you have any suggestions for newer rescue drive options, preferably from H2 2020 or even 2021?

Since Windows 7, attaching a VHD and booting from it has eliminated the necessity for PE. You can now install Windows fresh without any problems, using any applications and booting on any modern system with a BCD store. Search for "windows to go" or use the option "boot from VHD (x)" in general.
