Hello, your recent build shows some interesting idle temperatures. Your 7800x3d is sitting around 51°C, which is higher than what you usually see online, especially with the room temperature near 35°C. However, during Cinebench r23 it reaches 85°C and scores 18586, which seems strong. It’s possible your cooling setup is handling it well despite the high readings. Check if the thermal paste is still good—removing the sticker might affect performance. Otherwise, it could be normal for this configuration.

The temperatures are acceptable with the cooler in use. Your TJ limit is 89°C for the chip, which is a solid result. As long as you avoid crashes from underclocking, you shouldn’t worry—this won’t harm your CPU at 85°C. I don’t think you need concern about AMD Ryzen X3D for rendering; for gaming it’s safe, with most temps staying under 75°C.
