It seems there might be some confusion. If you're referring to a temperature reading, check HWiNFO64 for accuracy. Also, ensure HWMon is reset before proceeding.

It might help to adjust the TIM on the CPU and cooler, plus inspect the cooler's fan.

I updated the settings recently and when you touch the heatsink near the processor, it's typical—it only becomes slightly warm.
