Here’s a clearer version of your message:

Hello, I have the screenshots of the program issue, my specifications, laptop model, and advanced update settings. Why is this modern system using most of my CPU? It keeps me at 100% usage, which is making everything extremely slow. Do you know how to stop it from running? Also, my Windows update has stopped at 85%, and I haven’t let it finish even after a few days. There’s no progress beyond that. The laptop has 64GB of storage, as shown in the specs and photos. It feels completely empty—can’t reset or enter safe mode, and I can’t do a factory reset. Any suggestions on what might be going wrong?

It could be entirely devoid of data? Perhaps the quickest way is to build a bootable USB from another computer and perform a clean installation.

I've used the advanced startup feature, but it keeps showing up as black after a restart. I stayed up all night without any success—I tried the modern host setup option too, but it didn't work. No online solutions have helped me yet.

It’s updating to the newest feature release, which is the only time this happens. Given your slow processor and limited RAM, it might be wiser to obtain the latest version using the Windows Media Creation Tool, wiping the drive and installing a fresh copy.
