I bought MW today since I liked the beta. The game sometimes freezes for a few seconds or stutters unexpectedly, though I’m not sure why. Afterburner shows CPU usage between 70-80 and Task Manager says 100%. But I have settings higher than recommended! My specs are: CPU: I5 8400, GPU: RX580, 16GB RAM. Please help me understand what’s happening. Note: I experienced this issue in the beta because it was still incomplete.

same issue here, couldn't find a solution—I also have an RX 580. Try opening Task Manager, go to Details, right-click Code Mode and adjust the priority to Normal. This helped some users but not me.
