This machine runs an Intel Pentium E5700 OC at 3.5 GHz with an HD 7770 Radeon, but I’m struggling to reach more than 30 FPS in League of Legends. My other PC from around 2015-2016 handled 100-120 FPS now, yet I can’t install the latest drivers or even a fresh Windows install. What’s going on?

8 gb performed adequately in 2015, but 2014's 140 fps at 130 fps now causes noticeable delays.

The specifications of the 2015 and 2014 models are similar, but the 2015 likely has updated components. Older systems often struggle with gaming due to outdated CPUs like Pentiums.
