The processor and your card are fairly energy-efficient, which means you should be able to overclock them using that power supply.

Your GPU supports up to 165 watts, and your CPU handles 91 watts. Combined, they use around 256 watts. During gaming, you'll typically reach between 300 and 350 watts for the whole setup. Adding another GTX 980 wouldn't strain your system much.
