The top choice depends on your needs: for gaming, GTX 1660 Super shines; for productivity, Ryzen 5 2600 or 3600 works well. Both fit well with the Ryzen and GTX options.

For achieving optimal performance? Any budget constraints? Physical dimensions? Performance expectations? Compatibility with custom builds? Mounting solutions for heat sinks? (Much of this info is sparse, but I’ve covered all options) Since there are numerous boards that fit well, and until you share specific needs, I can reference the workstation boards from Asus, Auros Extreme, or MSI Godlike.
