Hello everyone. I'm trying to assist a friend with diagnosing a problem. His Ctrl & Windows keys 'toggle' don't function properly when pressed. Every three clicks, the Start menu appears. Using Win+[button] seems to resolve the issue consistently, but pressing and holding the Start button only opens it every three clicks. Likewise, pressing the Control key makes it seem like the key is locked, so if you move or press T, it stays stuck as if you're holding the control. This has happened up to two more clicks. I've never encountered anything similar. For troubleshooting, I brought the keyboard to a laptop, which worked fine. It appears there might be an issue on the software side, though I can't pinpoint it. It's a Razer 2016 Blackwidow Ultimate with Green switches, if that's relevant. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
