So I started playing CSGO again today (that’s normal for me, usually every couple of days), but this time I spotted something really strange. Most people wouldn’t even notice if they weren’t familiar with the game, but I did and it felt really off. Everything seems a bit squished in—like the buy menu isn’t a perfect circle anymore; it looks more like a slightly squished oval, and the rest of the game follows suit. It’s super annoying and makes me feel uncomfortable. I’ve found all sorts of information about this online, anywhere I look. I’m running it on a 144hz panel with a 16:9 aspect ratio and 1920x1080 resolution, and nothing seems to be wrong. It just feels weird. Anyone know what’s going on? And the screenshots don’t show anything unusual—they all look normal!?!?!?!

In CS:GO you can adjust the aspect ratio to align with your screen's proportions. If you've modified your GPU's settings impacting CS:GO, reset them to the standard defaults.

I've tried everything, but nothing is working. I don't understand what's happening.
