Start with relaxed casual matches to build your skills. Once comfortable, switch to competitive play. The top weapons are the AK-47 and the M4A1, which perform well in those scenarios. You might find YouTube tutorials helpful for mastering firearm spray patterns.

Insurgency seems preferable from my perspective.

AK47 for T and M4A1-S (silenced) or M4A4 (loud) for CT and for pistols P250—ready for competitive play or practice, focusing on maps against bots only.

I believe many FPS players shifted away from their usual games or franchises to CS:GO due to certain changes. For instance, the Battlefield series lost appeal after BF3, and the release of BF4 and BFH dealt a significant hit. Meanwhile, COD fans grew tired of repetitive content each year, and titles like COD:Ghosts were seen as disappointing. The introduction of skins, tradable items, open cases, and potential profits from the Steam market helped attract attention. This shift unfortunately affected me, especially because I often face disrespectful behavior from some Eastern European players.

It presents a unique perspective. Comparing Arma to BF4 isn't just about rankings—it's a personal view. I also enjoy Insurgency, even though it's not as widely known. It's a shame it doesn't have broader appeal.

Was das? Ich dachte, sie gehören zur gleichen Kategorie, nur dass ich nur ein wenig CSGO gespielt habe und es nicht sehr gefiel. Insurgency kann wirklich aufregend sein, haha.

It's essentially Counter-Strike. If you haven't enjoyed it before, CS:GO will likely offer a similar experience. I play it since it's a competitive shooter that outperforms COD, and the rewards from Steam can be used for things like trading cards and custom items.

I emphasized the aesthetic over the category.

I really enjoy CD:GO, I was a huge performer here in the 1.6 days. I disliked the source but GO captures that same vibe, so I'm back playing regularly. It's the same experience across all games, just a multiplayer format, so don't grumble about missing the story. I'd recommend giving it a try, though. From your comment about being upset because others aren't playing, maybe you're the one who's a bit toxic to the group.
