Join five friends for a fun night together and take turns playing. I enjoy playing strat roulette when we're all down.
Organize a 2-5 player gathering, stay offline or play rough/no rules/zeus and focus on knives. If you quit, just use +back +forward. Don’t worry about direction unless you want to be more stubborn—reaching the top isn’t worth the effort because once you hit the elite tiers, you can just rely on knives and dominate every match.
Which position are you aiming to reach? If you're above MG, moving down to Gold 2 should suffice.
