There seems to be an issue with the CS:GO servers. You reported your rank disappearing after logging in, and when you checked for matches, it took 15 minutes with no results. The game cache didn’t help, and others are experiencing similar problems. Someone might know what’s going on.

Don't stress, it's just CS:GO, everyone's having a tough time, servers seem to be struggling, check out the Reddit threads for more details.
