Using a 1024x768 resolution with maximum settings and frame rates between 60 and 110, I notice that 80 frames per second appears sluggish, resembling only 30fps. Consequently, I reduced all graphics options to their lowest levels anticipating a boost to approximately 200fps. However, my frame rate remained largely consistent, hovering around the same number or even increasing by 15 or more. What steps should I take to resolve this issue?
