I have an rx 580 with 8gb of RAM and a ryanzy5 2600. CSGO runs at 100fps after reaching 200fps, but it drops back to 100fps. What's the reason?

CS:GO performs significantly better with Intel processors. Still, maintaining a minimum of over 120 is achievable with this configuration.
