Someone can explain that CS:GO doesn’t always run on 100% GPU because your system has limited power. With an i510400f and RX5600xt, you’re using a decent setup but not the absolute max. Your CPU is handling most work, keeping usage around 25-35%, while the GPU stays under 75% most of the time. Multicore rendering helps smooth things. To push it to 100%, try increasing your GPU settings, updating drivers, or checking for performance bottlenecks.

CSGO doesn't require full utilization of your card. Likely it's more about CPU usage than GPU, and if your system isn't stressed, performance will match expectations.

The usage per core is likely limited to a single or dual core.
