Hello everybody,
I have been playing this game on my new pc for like a good 1 year and i haven't had any issues, but lately it has started lagging. My FPS is 300 ping is around 20-30 ms. The lag comes when i play online, if i play with bots everything is fine. I have done a lot of things.
i have the game on ssd,
i have reinstalled the game many times,
i have reseted my pc,
im playing with low graphics,
i have deleted csgo cache many times,
i have reseted my config,
all my drivers are up to date and i have checked it many times.
Even when i have net_graph opened everything seems like it should be and like others have but somehow my game still lags.
Does anybody know how to fix this problem, cause im very annoyed by it.
Thanks in advance!

Half precent isnt anything for packet loss.
What about lowering the bandwith and ping settings in CSGO?
Try doing commands in CMD (type cmd in start right click and run as admin
then type
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
You "may" try to call ISP provider to see if its on their side.
Or have you tried restarting your router or using another DNS?
Like google 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4
For instance I have packet loss cause my brother using my net...

That's a great, thorough explanation! It successfully addresses the core issue of latency in online gaming.

Delays can happen because of “hops,” meaning if you’re connected to Server A while the game is hosted on Server B, data needs to “jump” from A1, A2,A3 to its final destination at B.

If data becomes lost—for example, due to a dropped packet—it’s a problem.
I typically restart my router daily because of problems with my games.

The cause could be your internet service provider, the servers, or specific ports.
I'm not familiar with configuring pingplotter for CSGO, but using a command that displays your current IP address (which is the CSGO server you’re connected to) might reveal how many “hops” are involved.

Experiment with reducing bandwidth and maximum latency in the game settings to get closer to the server and see if it improves performance; otherwise, I will attempt to set up pingplotter on CSGO to investigate further.

Could he employ the traceroute command within the command prompt to send a ping to that specific server?

I don’t know; I haven’t previously utilized traceroute within the command prompt.
😄
I’ve only ever employed it on my internet service provider’s router, which revealed problems with their servers (specifically related to World of Tanks).

Thanks everyone, this appears quite complex for someone with limited experience on new computers. 😉

A detailed, step-by-step instruction manual would be greatly valued.

I don’t appear to be experiencing any issues with data loss, do I?

I recently observed this message in the console during a deathmatch test to check for lingering lag. I’m unsure if it relates to the problem, but it appears unusual 😉 See: https://imgur.com/a/q5aYZ08

A small percentage of data loss isn’t a significant issue regarding package delivery.

Let's explore adjusting the bandwidth and latency settings within Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

You can attempt to execute commands via Command Prompt (type “cmd” in Start, right-click, and select “Run as administrator” then input:
“ipconfig /flushdns”
“ipconfig /release”
“ipconfig /renew”)
You could potentially contact your internet service provider to investigate whether the problem originates on their end.

Alternatively, have you experimented with restarting your router or utilizing a different DNS server? For example, using Google’s 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 addresses. I personally experience packet loss due to my brother's internet usage.
