Here’s a rewritten version of your text, focusing on clarity and removing redundancies:

“I'm experiencing stuttering in *Counter-Strike: Global Offensive* despite having high frame rates (100-400 FPS). My system specs are: an EVGA GTX 1060 graphics card, an Intel i7-7700K processor, 24GB of RAM, a 500GB SSD for the game, and a 550W PSU. The stuttering is persistent, even though my FPS is consistently high. I suspect it might be related to something specific within the game’s settings or drivers, as my framerate is stable.”

Here’s the rewritten text, focusing on clarity and removing redundant phrasing:

“To optimize your gaming experience, consider adjusting your monitor's refresh rate. This typically involves setting it to match your RAM speed minus 5Hz. This helps prevent screen tearing and ensures smooth visuals.

You can also troubleshoot potential issues by:

* Reinstalling the game.
* Updating your graphics drivers.
* Ensuring your computer has sufficient RAM – ideally utilizing three memory slots for maximum performance.”
