Here’s the rewritten text:

I’m desperately seeking help with my CS:GO performance. My hardware – a GTX 1080 and an i7-7700 CPU – was previously capable of delivering around 300-400fps, but recently I've been experiencing significantly lower frame rates (averaging 150-200fps with frequent drops below 144) on my 144Hz monitor.

I’ve exhausted all standard troubleshooting steps: lowering graphics settings, running various boot options, reinstalling the game multiple times, cleaning the userdata folder, monitoring and terminating background processes, defragging my disk (which was a bad idea!), disabling my antivirus, updating both drivers and Windows, experimenting with performance tweaks in Windows, and verifying that unnecessary features like Game DVR are disabled. I even conducted benchmarks to ensure my hardware was performing as expected, and monitored temperatures carefully – everything appeared normal.

Despite all this, the problem persists. I'm considering a complete Windows reinstall or investing in a new hard drive (currently a slow one), though I understand force_preload 1 might help.

I’m willing to try anything to get my FPS back to acceptable levels in CS:GO! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
