Good evening everyone, I'm really worried about my setup. I have an RTX 2060 Super from ASUS and a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 with six cores. In Counter Strike Global Offensive I only manage around 150 FPS, while others with the same rig get about 400 FPS. If you could help me fix this, it would mean a lot. I've tried overclocking the CPU to 4.2 GHz, reinstalled Windows and CS:GO, watched FPS boost videos, used low settings and low resolution. This has been the same issue for a while now.

You're asking about what the term refers to in a typical combat game, where performance drops and FPS decreases. The video you mentioned likely shows this issue.

I just entered a dm game and attempted to use the 180 fps I had. It turned out to be a chaotic experience, with frequent FPS drops that would cause my game to freeze for seconds.
