I’ve pushed to the limit, or “high” as you call it, and I never drop below 60%. GTX 980 paired with a 5820K on a 1080.

Over 250 configurations and resolutions are available, though I typically opt for the lowest setting at 1440x1080 or 1024x768. Running on an i5 processor and a GTX660ti.
