The processor is the main limitation in that game—totally, I pushed it to its limit on a 280 and maintained around 85% utilization.

I prefer not to see motion blue or buffering; the rest should be optimized for your default display size.

I’d turn off Motion Blur just to avoid the issue, which could boost performance even more. If the game appears choppy at the edges, make sure anti-aliasing is turned up.
