That's an interesting thought, but a Windows PC shouldn't seriously affect CSGO performance. The game would likely run smoothly enough for casual play, though it might not be the fastest on mobile hardware. It could even serve as a useful test for comparing different processors in the future.
You're using a Windows PC, but I believe you meant an ARM-based system. Running CS:GO on an ARM processor would be problematic because the game relies on x86 and x64 instruction sets, which ARM would need to emulate—resulting in poor performance. Additionally, CS:GO is a CPU-intensive title, making it even less likely to run smoothly on ARM.
It was an odd shower thought and I'm half-asleep, so forgive my poor grammar. I was thinking about how it would perform poorly. I was just watching Linus' video about the "laptop" which is just a screen, and I'm hoping that one day an ARM processor could become as strong as regular ones.
