Hi all, I have a question that’s really puzzling me.
Yesterday I installed a fresh version of Windows on my PC, redownloaded all the drivers and games, and then tried to launch CSGO.
When I started the game, I noticed something unusual—my FPS counter stayed steady around 300, but the game itself was extremely choppy, almost like it was running at just 10 frames per second.
What caught my attention even more was that when I shared the game on Discord, the issues disappeared.
I’m completely confused about what’s happening and would really appreciate any advice or help. Thanks in advance.

I'm working with Windows 10 version X at the moment and downloaded the installer from SourceForge. Could you clarify the details for your build? Also, could you confirm whether this issue occurs only with CS:GO?
